" I have several custom mounts in my office like a 35lb Red Fish, a 7.7 lb Brown Trout, a 10.7 lb Large Mouth Bass, a 3.9 lb Brook Trout and a 39 lb Dorado. All are outstanding mounts. But the mount which everyone comments on is my 21" Apache Trout carving which Seth carved for me. The detail on the carving is outstanding from the fins to the texture of the skin to the realistic & detailed painting. Not only did Seth pick up the structure of the body correctly, but the coloring of the skin and size and location of the spots lends the carving to catching your eye when you first lay eyes on it.
The Apache trout is a rare trout and to have an excellent representation of the species done so well is a tribute to Seth's ability as a world class carver. I will have another trophy done by Seth Davis."
